A portrait of Jane Birkin during her "Arabesque" tour, where she makes her way across regions, countries and entire continents, occasionally stopping off at prisons, playing in the open air at festivals, or simply going back on the road with her musicians.
The film tells the story of this musical adventure from back stage. A « making of » of the tour, a road-movie full of stories both funny and serious, moving and unexpected.
Jane Birkin tells it her way - the challenge, the joy, the dangers and the fear. Sometimes becoming discouraged but always with an infinite love for the lyrics.
